Our producer, a fourth generation tea-producing family from the Nantou region, uses their considerable experience to emphasize the powdery floral notes, deep oat sweetness, and subtle salinity that are the tea’s trademarks.

Hollow Leg, Alabriño: Bright and pure on the nose, with elegant aromas of citrus peel and pear. The palate is lively and crisp with a rich mousse and beautifully balanced acidity that creates a long and tasty finish."
