“Vincent COUCHE discovered the vines and the secrets of their soils at the age of 8, with his mother. Captivated by this powerful and fascinating nature, he trained in Beaune and followed specialized training in oenology: to gain experience and discover new skills, he multiplied internships in Switzerland and Germany before setting up his estate in 1996. His encounter with agricultural engineers marked a turning point: in 1998, this nature enthusiast switched to organic and biodynamic cultivation, convinced that the secret of a wine’s excellence lies in the perfect balance between the soils, the vine and its environment.
