You’re safe here. No pumpkin spice, only fabulous reds to ease your palate into the Fall. In this three-pack you’ll find some new wines just added to our shelves, which we’re very excited about!
1. Foradori Rosso: 100% Teroldego from Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol. Certified biodynamic and sourced from 15 small plots with an average age of 35 years. This wine has fine tannins and a touch of citrus finish with great tension and herbal notes with flavors of black fruit dark berries specifically.
2. Bodegas Bhilar, ‘Phincas’: A blend of 80% Tempranillo, 15% Graciano, and 5% Viura from Rioja, Spain. Sourced from biodynamic vineyards that are 50+ years old. The wine is aged for three years in 500L neutral barrels for a soft and impressively styled wine. Fresh red fruits in the bouquet lead into a carefully crafted, luxuriously flavored palate in perfect pitch with the acidity. Elegant and complex, with notes of herbs and spices.
3. Emmanuel Darnaud, Les Trois Chenes, Crozes-Hermitage: 100% Syrah. From 1.5 hectares of vines on a tenant smallholding in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation district, just south of the small town of Tain l’Hermitage. Deep and expressive aromas, marked by jammy black fruit. The palate is well-balanced and integrated—a smooth and rich texture, accompanied by aromas of blackcurrant berries.
